The Silly Butts New Pride Collection launch and Game of Thrones local spill.
It's been a while since our last e-mail meeting. Have you noticed that the older you get, the faster time goes by? :)
Let’s start with the main update - The Silly Butts New Pride Collection launched, and now you can grab some rainbow silliness to support the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month.
10% of EVERY item sold will be donated to the National Queer and Trans Therapist Of Color Network to help increase access to healing justice resources for Queer and Trans People of Color.
I decided to go with Threadless this year because they help me automate donations, and they will add an extra portion from them for Every item you buy. Isn't it cool?
We can do a thing together!
Initially, I was going to keep you updated on the whole process. It seems to me that it is interesting how a backpack or slip-ones come out of the picture.
But it turned out that I had to run around in search of a second job that could be combined with my main work as an artist and would not require long transportation.
I know, I know, I sound like that bride who is still waiting for a handsome, deaf, blind, mute orphan Prince on a white horse with his own thirty kingdoms and one sea. But there were family circumstances. My family, not that bride.
In addition to all this, the Universe decided that I wasn't having enough fun and threw a kitten about 6 months old into our apartment complex.
And then the Game of Thrones happened.
All residents were divided into two camps.
Some of us fed the kitten and didn't mind him living with us on the complex territory.
Others didn't like it all and wanted to put the cat out.
We called all the shelters. Nobody wanted to take a kitten from us.
None of the tenants took him home either.
Long or short, but with the help of the apartment complex management, we defended the cat and now he is our apartment complex mascot. He looks like a tiger, so, we pretty fit local culcha :)
Phew! After my funny, not funny end of May and start of June, I'm trying to fix my schedule again and get back on track in full gear. I hope that you can expect more stories and updates from me soon.
Before the hurricane season is in full swing :)
