Strange and Funny Seasoning Blend, Puzzles of Murderers and Audible violence aka It's Halloween season, you know.
#3 issue of things I can't help, but share with you :)
Well, well, well, it's Thursday again.
Don't you notice that the older we get, the faster the days go by?
Once upon a time, when the trees were big, and my mother was a Heavy Cream Wonder Woman, I argued with her to tears that she bought me the promised ice cream yesterday, not today.
I pissed her off so much that she found the receipt for that ice cream and shoved it under my nose.
But I still didn't believe her.
My childhood days were so long. I had forgotten what had happened to me in the morning by lunchtime.
Now I don't have time to finish my morning coffee, as lunch is already coming. And this is despite my habit of making detailed plans for everything.
Yesterday, I caught myself subconsciously (here we can say hey to my ADHD) scrolling through the Walmart website.
Of course, I would have been scrolling for a long time, thinking about what my next silly pumpkin butt drawing would be, but my eyes stumbled upon Snickers Shakers Seasoning Blend.
Do you also make this face now, like in Luna Park in front of the sweets track?
And since I bought all these spices…
We will open our new Murder Most Puzzling puzzle and start putting it together, accompanied by coffee and Snickers Spice buns.
So if you are able not to fight with your family, solving some riddle, then this is what you need for a delicious evening by the fireplace.
And when I talk about the fireplace, I immediately think of books.
I am still reading Alan Rickman's diaries and the Hocus Pocus Illustrated Novelization. So far, both of them are such a gem to my mind.
Hoho! By the way, I received an Audible subscription as a gift this week!
Before that, I listened to audiobooks only in Russian because I still could not automatically listen to something in English. But, you know, when you do one thing, think about another, and listen to something else.
But, Oygul saw that they had a discount (something like $5 instead of $15) and decided to voluntarily but forcibly dip me into the speaking world of the English language.
I hope I can handle all of these subscription months.
So if you have any favorite young adult audiobooks, please, drop them for me in the comments! Anything that you or your kids like :)
Frankly speaking, I don't know if kids nowadays listen to audiobooks. Do they?
I have a hard time listening to books for adults because, after three sentences, my thoughts are already digging in silly pumpkin butts.
Do you laugh now? I know, it doesn't sound very pleasant.
I mean digging in pumpkin butts, not audiobooks.
Mmm! I forgot to say! If Oygul finds the strength, we will also have a pumpkin pie this weekend! Honk honk!
Love you with all my butt, and see you next week!
Your Kate, aka Twocatsandpossum.
